The Cumilla Housing Fair 2026 has commenced at the Cumilla Town Hall premises. Organized by Bhaiya Housing Limited, the five-day fair will continue from August 12 to 16, remaining open daily from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM. The fair is showcasing modern, planned, and quality housing and investment opportunities for the people of Cumilla. Alongside housing initiatives, the future plans and opportunities of Bhaiya Hotels & Resorts, the hospitality arm of Bhaiya Group, are also being highlighted.
At the opening ceremony, Mr. Md. Farhad Uddin, Deputy Director, Sales & Marketing, Bhaiya Housing Limited, delivered the opening remarks. He highlighted the activities and objectives of Bhaiya Housing Limited, the company’s vision for the housing sector, and the reasons behind organizing the fair in Cumilla.
He said Bhaiya Housing is working to make the country’s housing sector more organized, modern, and customer-focused. One of the key objectives of organizing the fair in Cumilla is to provide local residents with direct access to information about planned housing, secure investment opportunities, and modern living solutions.
The Chief Guest, Mr. Yusuf Molla Tipu, Administrator of Cumilla City Corporation, also addressed the event. He emphasized that planned housing is an essential component of modern and sustainable urban development. He noted that initiatives by private-sector developers can play a positive role in utilizing the growing potential of the housing sector in Cumilla.
Mr. Anwar Sadat Abu Mohammad Fuad, Executive Director of Bhaiya Housing Limited, delivered the presidential address and outlined the future vision of Bhaiya Group. He said the group does not intend to limit its activities to the housing sector; rather, it aims to undertake long-term and sustainable investment and development initiatives in both the housing and hospitality sectors of Bangladesh.

By integrating these two sectors, Bhaiya Group aims to create better opportunities for modern living, leisure, tourism, and entertainment.
The group also plans to explore new investment and development opportunities across Bangladesh by integrating housing, hotels, resorts, tourism, and entertainment. Through these initiatives, Bhaiya Group aims to contribute to improving people's quality of life while supporting economic growth and expanding private-sector participation in the country's development.
